It’s design built and fast track project.

The total built up area is ​​28,000 m2 and consists of the mainballroom for conferences to accommodate up to 2400 persons and 10 meeting rooms of various large sizes which can accommodate up to 4,000 people. The building also contains a Royal wing with an area of 3000 m2 which include meeting rooms, lounges, wings for the reception and VIP’s.

The project was constructed to hold the Annual world Economic Forum in Jordan. A 1,200 people recruited to work over 24 hours to complete the project in 6 months for the first phase and 9 months for the second phase.

The project is equipped with the latest Audio–visual presentation systems, internal communication systems among all the halls, Translation rooms equipped with the latest communication techniques through broadcast devices via Satellite.

The project also includes external works, paved squares, parks, Roads, water Features in different forms, the external works total area is 5000m2. Project was provided with the latest of different types of kitchens to accommodate different events. The works included civil, Finishing, ID works and Electro-Mechanical works.
