The Project was to rehabilitate an existing commercial building to a culinary art school, with a total built up area of 10000m2.

The Project including the new extensions, the work included structural works such strengthening the existing foundations in order to receive additional floor levels, Extensions on both side of the existing building also some additional structural elements
and steel structural work was implemented to accommodate the new architectural features.

Highly sophisticated finishing works was implemented fulfilling the required specifications.
