The project, located in the heart of the capital Amman, near the 5th Circle, comprises two buildings: one that consists of eight floors, and the other of three floors, in addition to three basement floors. The two buildings are connected by a number of bridges and a special internal main spine (atrium). It curves around 15 degrees outwards to reflect an aviation-related construction. The overall built-up area 24000m2 on 7,000 m2 of land, with the remaining 2,000 m2 allocated for landscaping. It will be distinctive with its outstanding façades, glass louvers and stone, reflecting a mixture of modern and traditional Jordanian culture
