The project is a hotel with an area of 3600 m 2 contains 33 rooms, multipurpose hall, restaurant, laundry, kitchen and shops. The hotel fully furnished with all sorts of needed furniture.

The project includes excavation work, structure, Civil & ID finishing works and MEP which consisted of porcelain flooring for Ground floor, entrances, rooms and bathrooms. Gypsum Board false ceilings, Cornice for lounges and corridors. Walls are painted with decorative paint.

The work included aluminum windows and Curtain Wall. Rough Textured Paint was used for external elevations
