The project involves the design, construction, and modernization of the Building 724, Cargo Terminal at Queen Alia International Airport, Amman, Jordan, with the objective of delivering a state-of the- art facility that complies with the client’s operational, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The project is executed under a design-build, fixed-price contract, ensuring full integration between the design and construction phases to optimize time, cost, and quality.
The scope of the project includes the expansion of facilities, modernization of existing structures, and the design and installation of comprehensive MEPF systems to enhance operational capacity and functionality. The total built-up area of the project is approximate 35,512 m², encompassing new
developments on the East Side and modernization works within the existing building.
The project is structured to allow phased execution, enabling early commencement of construction activities while design development and approvals progress in parallel, ensuring adherence to the overall project timeline.
