The New Madaba Hospital is one of the most prominent national healthcare projects under Jordan’s Economic Modernization Vision, representing a significant advancement in the provision of advanced healthcare services.

The hospital will be constructed on an area exceeding 54,000 m², consisting of 13 floors and accommodating 260 beds, with the potential to expand up to 360 beds. It will include 147 rooms, including 8 main operating theaters, 60 multidisciplinary outpatient clinics, and 18 dialysis units, and parking for over
800 vehicles.

The scope includes, but is not limited to:
• General requirements and preliminaries
• Mobilization and demobilization
• Site offices, utilities, fencing, gates, hoardings, signage, lighting, and security
• Temporary access and ramps
• Bulk excavation works and earthworks.
• Stockpiling, disposal, and reuse of excavated materials
