The Project is the renovation of Bank of Jordan Headquarter building located in Shmeisani district in Amman – Jordan, The building is approximately 25 years old.
The scope of renovation covers a built-up area of approximately around 11,000 m2 that consists of nine floors. The Works shall incorporate but not limited to the Architectural, Interior, MEP, Electrical and Telecommunication, BMS and Structural Works in addition to as-built/existing conditions verification, Water Leakage and Stone Cladding treatment scope, and all the necessary Works, the building consists of the following:
a. External areas
b. Three basement floors,
c. Ground floor,
d. Six upper floors,
